Classes are back in session, professors are great, and things are looking pretty bright with academics. After taking the first part of a physics course last semester, I know now that the reason why I got a C was because they couldn't teach well (to me, at least). Stay tuned, I think we're in for a hell of a ride.
Hey, the new Olympic size pool that opened up in Flushing Meadow Park, should be good for your swimming endeavors. The membership if I remember correctly is $75/year. and that gives u access to the pool (swimming laps for free) and the ice rink.
One draw back, the water is chlorinated to the maximum. I used to come out and have alligator skin.
