It shows that there's a good chance for this to one day become a reality in high school gymnasiums. Mixed Martial Arts has been gaining a lot more attention recently. As long as we keep on demonstrating that this is a serious sport with a ton of discipline and physical conditioning, those who don't care for it will eventually start to realize. I myslef is a participant in Mixed Marital Arts, but I do it outside of school. I think as well it would be fun for kids who like, and or love to fight. They do of course have to fight responsible. In High School it would give the chance to experience self-defense at a whole new level. I’m also doing a persuasive speech for my class, and I titled it, “MMA in High School”. Kids don't have to walk around scared and worried that they may be confronted in a situation and have no idea how to handle the situation. Sparring partners of various marital arts background can get together and teach each other a lot. MMA is a great sport.
