I hope it never happens again! Speaking of bad packaging, I bought an HP ink cartridge at CVS last night and it was encased in more plastic than I've ever seen. Plus, the packaging itself within the plastic is oversized by about 30-40%. All for "security" purposes where they could just store them in closed locked compartments. That's horrible! I hope it never happens again!
