Speaking of bad packaging, I bought an HP ink cartridge at CVS last night and it was encased in more plastic than I&#039;ve ever seen. Plus, the packaging itself within the plastic is oversized by about 30-40%. All for &quot;security&quot; purposes where they could just store them in closed locked compartments.</description>
