		<description>Jay, I actually agree with that very much! More and more I have been noticing such things. Yes, its great to care and show love for the minority and all but, putting the growth and improvement of the better to a halt is something I can&#039;t agree with.

I guess if I were to look at it in a positive way, the majority and the better can always find a way to adapt to the minority developments.</description>
