		<description>I think you&#039;re right on the money with this post concerning the true value of education.

Although I am proof that people without a degree can also get a great job. 

I think it comes down to a passion for what you do, because I&#039;ve seen people with uni degrees who know nothing, and it&#039;s a common comment I hear from other people in industry (especially recruiters). 

A Uni / college degree is certainly a great asset to have, but I am doing fine without one.</description>
